They govern your use of our website and general information about our services — they do not replace or supersede your Client Services Agreement or Informed Consent, which governs the clinical relationship separately.

Philoxenia Counseling, PLLC is a private practice located in Phoenix, Arizona, offering:Individual therapy — including EMDR, EFIT, and Spiritual Integration TherapyCouples and relational therapy — using Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT)Therapy intensives — extended-format EMDR and EFIT intensive sessionsChurch and organizational consulting — trauma-informed training, organizational audits, and protocol development for faith communitiesServices are provided by Lindsay Infranco, MA, LAC, under the clinical supervision of Margaret Beresford, in accordance with Arizona licensure requirements.

3. Not a Crisis Service

5. Clinical Services — Governed by Separate Agreement

The delivery of therapy, intensives, and clinical services is governed by your Client Services Agreement and Informed Consent, which you will receive and sign prior to your first session. 6. Church and Organizational Consulting

Consulting services provided to churches, faith communities, and organizations are subject to a separate consulting agreement executed prior to the commencement of any engagement. Inquiries submitted through this Site do not constitute the formation of a consulting agreement or any obligation on the part of either party.Consulting services do not constitute mental health treatment, and no therapist-client relationship is created through consulting engagements.

7. Therapy Intensives

Therapy intensives are extended-format clinical services and are governed by your Client Services Agreement. Specific terms regarding intensive scheduling, payment, cancellation, and scope will be outlined in your intensive agreement, provided prior to your intensive date.Intensives are not appropriate for all clients. Suitability is determined through a clinical assessment process. Inquiring about or scheduling an intensive consultation does not guarantee intensive services will be offered or provided.

8. Scheduling and Consultations

Free consultation calls offered through this Site are informal, informational conversations to determine potential fit. They are not therapy sessions and do not establish a clinical relationship. No clinical advice will be provided during a consultation call.Scheduling through Jane App is subject to Jane App's Terms of Service and our Client Services Agreement.

9. Fees and Payment

Fee information provided on this Site is subject to change. Current fees are outlined in your Client Services Agreement. Philoxenia Counseling is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly; however, we can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Clients are responsible for verifying their own out-of-network benefits.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Philoxenia Counseling, PLLC, or its content creators, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this Site without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., sharing a link).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
